I am excited to announce the first Sarah and the Stretch Yoga Holiday in May 2026. The venue is in Ronda, Andalusia, Southern Spain, in a beautiful secluded luxury villa set in an expanse of pretty wild gardens perfect for outdoor yoga. Dates TBC.
What’s Included
Four nights stay at the villa
All meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Three Yoga sessions a day
The holiday will offer three sessions of Yoga per day, with guests participating in as much or as little as they wish. The days will run approximately as follows;
First Yoga session 8.00 am - An energising Vinyasa flow practice to start the day.
Breakfast 9.00 am
Second Yoga session at 12.00 - A Hatha Yoga session working on strength, flexibility, and balance.
Lunch 1.30 pm
Third Yoga session 4.30 pm - A Yoga Nidra, Restorative or Dhrana (concentration) practice.
Dinner 7.00 pm

The Main house
Originally a finca (farm/ranch), La Cazalla stands seemingly alone in a scenic fertile valley, just 10 minutes drive from the historical and fascinating town of Ronda. This luxury holiday rental's main house and surrounding buildings blend naturally into the landscape, having been built around the native rock. With six bedrooms, our home is perfect for families, friends and group activities for up to 12 people looking for a private villa in Andalusia
We grow our own organic olives, apricots, pears, figs, citrus fruits, walnuts and almonds, quince, persimmon, blackberries, mulberries and raspberries (making delicious jams/jellies!) and lavender (scented sachets under your pillow are renowned for aiding relaxation and a good night's sleep). The main house is elegant, cool and spacious, with many different areas for a large group to spread out and relax. Discover three tastefully-furnished living areas on split levels, a kitchen and a dining room, providing plenty of space for your family and friends to read, play card games, watch a film or listen to music. Sleep soundly in the five double or twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms containing beautiful mosaic-tiled walk-in showers and adjustable mood lighting. And yes, there is WiFi!

A maximum of 10 places are available (this includes two people sharing the two double rooms), and places can only be held by paying a £250 deposit.
One of the rooms has a king-size bed and a single, so there is an option for three people to share.
I aim for the holiday to be restorative yet fun, with plenty of time to relax around the pool or explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. The menu will not be Vegetarian (unless requested), and no one will stop you from enjoying the local wine!

What's not included;
Flights to and from Malaga (the cheapest option at this year's price for this date is £62).
Transport to and from the villa. I will be helping to arrange this nearer the time once I have everyone's flight details. Approx. Costs are €21 per person each way sharing a minivan or €35 per person each way sharing a taxi. Transfer time is approx 1 hour 30 minutes.
Alcoholic drinks (local wine will be available to buy at the villa)
Massages, prices for this year are €55 per person.
